Zabuton Restaurant group's first project Oxblood SF plans to offer diners a unique beef experience experience, serving tongue to tail cuts of the finest Japanese Wagyu & American Black Angus Cattle.  Arsenal prides itself on its unique and varied sourcing, and is KOBE Certified and Hokkaido Snow Beef Certified, two of the premiere beefs available in the world today.

The restaurant plans to offer an Omakase "tasting menu of beef" including custom dry aged cuts for a whimsical, delicious beef experience.
